Payment
Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal. In the event you do not have a credit card for payment, you may send a cashiers check or money order to me in the mail. The check will need to clear the bank before your job is scheduled. Payments are broken down into 2, one being the deposit and the other at the completion of project. Generally 50% of the total order is required up front before design services begin with the remaining 50% due at the acceptance of the final draft. Depending on the project, a larger deposit may be required.
Quotes
Quotes are done on an individual basis. I do have base packages for personal blogs. Once a quote is sent, it is good for 30 days. Prices are subject to change.
Refunds
Due to the nature of services, no refunds will be processed.
Questionnaires and Drafts
After requesting a quote, you will be send a questionnaire. Please fill this questionnaire out completely and as toughly as possible. This will give me a glimpse into your vision for your site, your likes, and your dislikes.
Communication
Communication during the design process is critical. When I begin your project, I need you to be available for questions, drafts, and revisions. Please add me to Skype or Google Talk during the design process for immediate approvals. Failure to communicate will prolong the design process and after 72 hrs of failure to communicate, I will move on to other customers. Your order will be placed at the end of the design queue.
